You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions of our services. In addition, it may be impossible for us to completely delete all of your information because we may periodically backup information.

Unsubscribing from Email Marketing.

When you sign up to receive emails from us, you agree to receive email communications from us, which may include newsletters and promotional emails. If you receive any email marketing from us, you can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link contained in each email. Please note that unsubscribing from email marketing does not necessarily unsubscribe you from other emails we may send, such as emails about any Products you purchase.

If you would like to discontinue receiving emails from Produktiviti in regards to your Produktiviti online account or would like to close your Produktiviti online account, please send an email to unsubscribe@produktiviti.co. Please allow 7-10 business days for completion.

Produktiviti uses standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of Personally Identifiable Information, including encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, we remind you that no security measure is perfect.

While we have taken commercially reasonable precaution to safeguard your personal information, we cannot guarantee complete security because complete security presently does not exist on the internet. You acknowledge that Produktiviti shall have no liability whatsoever for damages or losses incurred by you as a result of disclosure of your personal information to other users of this site.
