We developed an elevated Digital Communications Plan for the World Bank Group, offering advisory on how to harness the power of storytelling to transform institutional communications into meaningful, human-centered narratives.

Titled “From Institution to Impact: A Human-Centered Strategy for Storytelling, Platforms, and Global Resonance”, the plan was prepared for Executive Stakeholder Review. It proposed a bold evolution in how the World Bank Group tells its story—shifting from institutional reporting to inspirational engagement, regional resonance, and visual leadership across platforms.

  • Crafted a comprehensive digital communications strategy, aligning storytelling with the institution’s mission to highlight impact on people and communities rather than processes alone.
